Welcome to Skinzaa! By using this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. General

This website is owned and operated by Skinzaa. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or using the website under supervision.

2. Delivery Charges

Inside Dhaka: ৳80 BDT
Outside Dhaka: ৳150 BDT

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Inside Dhaka: 1–3 working days
Outside Dhaka: 3–5 working days

4. Return Policy

Products sold are not returnable.
If a product is damaged prior to delivery, it may be returned within 5 working days.
Customers must check the product in front of the delivery rider. Any claims made after the rider leaves will not be accepted.

5. Refunds

Refunds are only issued for items that meet the return criteria.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
If a customer makes a payment and the product is later found to be out of stock, Skinzaa reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a refund within 5–7 working days.

6. Payment Failures

Skinzaa is not responsible for any failed transactions due to issues from your bank, mobile financial service provider, or payment gateway.
For any such issues, please contact your payment provider directly.

7. Order Cancellation

Skinzaa may cancel orders due to stock limitations, pricing errors, or system malfunctions.
Orders already shipped cannot be canceled by the customer.

8. Use of Website

Any misuse of this website (e.g., hacking, data scraping, spreading malicious software) is strictly prohibited.
All content, images, designs, and branding elements on this website are the intellectual property of Skinzaa and may not be copied or reused without permission.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh.

স্বাগতম Skinzaa-তে! আমাদের ওয়েবসাইট ব্যবহার করে আপনি নিচের শর্তাবলীতে সম্মত হচ্ছেন:

১. সাধারণ শর্ত

এই ওয়েবসাইটটি Skinzaa পরিচালিত। আপনি অর্ডার করলে ধরে নেওয়া হবে আপনি কমপক্ষে ১৮ বছর বয়সী অথবা অভিভাবকের অনুমতিক্রমে সাইটটি ব্যবহার করছেন।

২. ডেলিভারি চার্জ

ঢাকার ভিতরে: ৮০ টাকা
ঢাকার বাইরে: ১৫০ টাকা

৩. আনুমানিক ডেলিভারি সময়

ঢাকার ভিতরে: ১–৩ কার্যদিবস
ঢাকার বাইরে: ৩–৫ কার্যদিবস

৪. রিটার্ন নীতিমালা

বিক্রিত পণ্য ফেরতযোগ্য নয়।
যদি পণ্য ডেলিভারির পূর্বে ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত হয়, তাহলে তা ৫ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে ফেরত নেওয়া হবে।
ডেলিভারিম্যানের সামনে পণ্য যাচাই করা আবশ্যক। ডেলিভারিম্যান চলে যাওয়ার পর কোনো অভিযোগ গ্রহণযোগ্য নয়।

৫. রিফান্ড নীতিমালা

কেবলমাত্র নির্দিষ্ট রিটার্ন শর্তপূরণকারী পণ্যের জন্য রিফান্ড দেওয়া হবে।
রিফান্ড সেই মাধ্যমেই করা হবে যেটি অর্ডারের সময় পেমেন্টের জন্য ব্যবহৃত হয়েছিল।
পেমেন্ট সম্পন্ন হওয়ার পর যদি পণ্য স্টকে না থাকে, Skinzaa অর্ডার বাতিল করে ৫–৭ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে টাকা ফেরত দিতে পারবে।

৬. পেমেন্ট সমস্যাসমূহ

ব্যাংক, মোবাইল ফাইন্যান্সিয়াল সার্ভিস, বা পেমেন্ট গেটওয়ে সমস্যা হলে Skinzaa দায়ী থাকবে না।
এই ধরনের সমস্যার জন্য আপনার পেমেন্ট সার্ভিস প্রোভাইডারের সঙ্গে যোগাযোগ করতে বলা হচ্ছে।

৭. অর্ডার বাতিল

স্টক সমস্যা, মূল্য নির্ধারণে ত্রুটি বা সিস্টেম জনিত কারণে Skinzaa যেকোনো অর্ডার বাতিল করতে পারে।
একবার পাঠানো অর্ডার ক্রেতা বাতিল করতে পারবেন না।

৮. ওয়েবসাইট ব্যবহারের নিয়ম

এই ওয়েবসাইটে কোনো ধরনের অপব্যবহার যেমন হ্যাকিং, স্ক্র্যাপিং বা ভাইরাস ছড়ানো কঠোরভাবে নিষিদ্ধ।
ওয়েবসাইটে ব্যবহৃত সকল কনটেন্ট, ছবি, ডিজাইন ও ব্র্যান্ড Skinzaa-র মালিকানাধীন এবং অনুমতি ছাড়া ব্যবহার করা যাবে না।

৯. আইনগত বিচারব্যবস্থা

এই শর্তাবলী বাংলাদেশ সরকারের আইন অনুযায়ী পরিচালিত হবে।
